It was in 1927 that Queen Mary appointed W Moorcroft Limited Potters to H M The Queen, an honour which William accepted on behalf of the company which bears his name and which Walter Moorcroft also accepted following his father's death. It is the quality of Moorcroft's design and decoration which has ensured that one hundred years later, the company is still producing beautiful works. Under the design leadership of Rachel Bishop they continue to set a level of excellence.
