Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely happy with any item you buy from us. If for whatever reason you aren't simply post the item back to us within 14 days of purchase and when we receive your item we will credit your charge card for your original purchase price less any shipping charges you paid.
Your item needs to be in the same condition you received it with the box etc. intact. Please repack it properly and we advise insuring it for its full value as you own it till it is safely back in our hands but we leave that decision entirely up to you.
